I will make sure I do!  It is great with all greens.  I really could eat it once a week!

Cris, I do plan to post the salmon later today - it was great but could use some tweeking and I will be working on perfecting it!  The pork is in the crock pot for the enchiladas and I would be happy to post that recipe too, although I don&#039;t really have a recipe!

Danielle, if  you&#039;ve ever eaten a reuben, that is how the corned beef should taste, perhaps Trader Joe&#039;s did a different twist.  I feel like I am 30 posts behind, but I plan on a full cheese post very soon.  Probably not til the weekend as it is a busy work week.  I am still eating the corned beef from Monday - it makes great leftovers for breakfast.

Sea, I drank enough cider and whiskey for all of us - new tip, pour the whiskey in the cider for extra kick!

Hope you&#039;re having a great time!  I made the Niman Ranch corned beef from Trader Joe&#039;s last night, with boiled cabbage and roasted Yukon potatoes.  It was the first time that I&#039;ve ever had corned beef, and I found the flavor rather peculiar, to tell the truth.  I&#039;m going to make hash with the leftovers (about three pounds-- lots to freeze for later).  We aren&#039;t doing anything exciting tonight, as my husband is recovering from the flu that got me last week.

I&#039;m looking forward to hearing about any cheese adventures that you had in the Northwest!]]></description>
