Any sense of whether those hush puppies would work with an egg replacer? I'd give anything to have some delicious, delicious hush-puppies once again---they're (oddly enough) one of my favorite foods ever. Will you send me or post the info on how you altered the recipe?

Thanks! Sure come on over and bring those GF cream puffs you mentioned a few posts back! I even got to eat at Picasso's in Flagstaff, which has an entire GF pizza and appetizer menu and it was tasty. I need one of those restaurants in MI. Expensive, but worth it. I ordered an extra pizza to have in the fridge all week as I was trying to survive on Northern AZ University cafeteria food - it was great for breakfast. When's the big move?
