		<description>I'm so jealous of your big mushroom find!  I have scoured my woods and haven't found one yet.  That's a great tip about the rinse water.  I'll try it . . . if I ever find a mushroom.

I thought maybe I was looking too early, but my brother found one the size of  half a loaf of bread.  He's so lucky!

I also like my morels sauteed and gloriously stacked on a pizza.</description>

At the cheese workshop I recently attended, I met a mom and daughter from your neck of the woods-- does Bay City sound right?  I may remember incorrectly.  Anyway, there must be loads of cool people up in northern Michigan-- they pop up in the most fun of places!  Take care, Danielle</description>
