I think I have one night free for dining, the rest is conference food, although I did call the hotel to let them know to have a gf option for me. I am staying right downtown and won't have a car, although other conference goers will likely have one. Rolands is the name of the brand or the store? Either way I will keep my eye out for it. I do miss Wasabi peas. Too bad about your farmers market sources - maybe you should see if someone wants to get one started once a week on an evening or on a Saturday.
