Wow, Ginger! It's like a garden jungle. Nice work, and I can't wait to see how all those veggies make their way to your table.

Rachel,
Whoops, I am laughing pretty hard now. When I finally added you recently I guess I didn't look closely enough at my categories! So sorry! I do need some GF brewing advice if anyone has any.
I have never had a problem with moles, but I will ask my dad if he has any "organic" mole advice as he was an Ag extension director for 20 years. I have the problem of the squirrels chasing each other through the veggie plants and believing that they are certain they left a walnut buried right next to my baby pepper plant. I raise all those green chile's as I love NM roasted green chiles (well, all NM food really) and since they are hard to come by in MI, I grow and roast my own for those weak moments like green chile cheese tots.
I will ask my two entomologists friends for cut worm advice. I am loaded with sources! I am probably lucky as my yard was never gardened until I bought the house and all the shade trees started falling down. Now I have a sunny yard and the bugs haven't caught up with me yet in 5 years.
Happy Solstice to you to!

Dear Ginger:

The garden looks great! Bravo on all those pepper plants. Here in upstate New York we've had a weird spring planting season, cool with very little rain, so a lot of seeds didn't germinate and the cutworms and moles have been on a tear. The moles keep mining underneath my carefully planted rows and leaving me with three or four vegetable remnants. Any mole hunting advice cheerfully accepted.

Hey, Ginger, when you get a chance, if you would move me out of GF Brewing Source Links and into GF Food Blogs, it would be appreciated. Heaven help anyone who wanted brewmeister advice from me!

-Happy Solstice!
