Ginger of the South,
I still have to post the pic, but it was a delish beer. It is made of sorghum and honey, but I didn't mind the sorghum at all and I think it is because it is an ale. I actually wanted to have a second pint and that is a first! I may have to fill a small keg so that I have it on tap in the basement at all times. Or I could just make a batch with the sorghum and honey I have waiting in the basement. This gives me new motivation to brew GF beer!

I am still waiting to hear more about your adventures in Europe. I checked out all your photos online. Any travel plans for the summer?

Ging of the North, where it is finally summer and the strawberries in my garden are ripe.

Haven't been up north in a while...I'm glad you've found a good GF ale. I am none too fond of the sorghum ones, either -- they don't sit right.
Happy summer == Ginger of the South

Hi Kelly,

The Aloo Chaat Masala is GF, I have a GF blog and occasionally did mention spelt and some recipes in the past. I stopped recently as it seems to be so controversial. I believe all of my recipes except one for spelt pretzels are gluten free. I do occasionally use spelt at home, and am monitoring it with my doc, but I decided to leave it off the blog until more research is done.

Hello!

I'm not sure if my last comment went through (I can't remember if something came up saying you review the comments first or if it didn't) so I just wanted to drop a line again and ask if your Aloo Chaat Masala recipe you posted a few days ago is gluten free. I was looking through the Crispy Cook's list of gf blogs and while I thought your blog was 100% gf, she said it was wheat free. So if you could let me know, just send me an email that'd be great. And sorry if I've ended up posting this twice! If you do have control over the comments, just delete it.

Thanks,
Kelly
