That is a good idea too!  I would be afraid the rice might get soggy for left overs (darling boyfriend won't eat his veggies so I knew there would be leftovers).  I think I will try quinoa next time.  These were so tasty.  I am glad I have more in the freezer!

		<description>wow!!! You are amazing!! That looks SO good! Boy have I missed greek food!! Another idea for tobouli is to grind rice in your blender so you have very small pieces and cook as you would normally cook rice! I've never tried it, but I heard that it works!</description>
