no, i didn’t fall off the face of the earth
I have just been busy, like everyone else and sadly that means the blog falls by the wayside - temporarily. Of course I have been cooking, knitting - barely, brewing and gardening and will be blogging on all of it soon, so soon you won’t believe it. I have also been busy reading all of your blogs and using them as inspiration for my daily cooking. I took a slight break from baking, but have been back in the saddle there too with lemon poppy seed bread and rhubarb crisp (or not so crisp, rather on the gooey side). Soon. Likely as soon as I get back from the grocery store. I am out of rice flour, chickpea flour and masa! I plan to make some pork empanadas this eve, the rest of the meal is still to be designed.
But first: what does your microwave say? Or Fridge for that matter. Mine are both covered in word magnets.
